PLUG&PLAY FEEDING BLISTER CAN BE TAILORED ON DEMAND TO SUIT THE PART GEOMETRY
EQUIPMENT AND FUNCTIONING
- MOTORIZED PLUG&PLAY BLISTER TO FEED THE PARTS IN THE WORKING AREA: off-line filling the blister with parts by operator – lock the blister to spc-evo and press the Start Cycle button
- Blister rotates 1 step dragging the first part on THE MOTORIZED GLASS-TABLE
- THE IMAGES OF BOTH FACES OF THE PART are acquired by a couple of HIGH-RES DIGITAL CAMERAS WITH BI-TELECENTRIC OPTICS and dedicated illuminators and processed by custom algorithms for dimensional analysis and surface defects detection
- Inspected parts are fed one by one at the operator picking position, the operator can collect them or carry out ADDITIONAL MEASUREMENTS BY USB CALLIPER OR PERFORM ADDITIONAL ATTRIBUTE CHECKING. As an option, parts can be AUTOMATICALLY FLAPPED AS OK AND NOK INTO SEPARATE CHANNELS
- The blister drags the next part onto the glass rotary table
THE WORKING CYCLE IS COMPLETE ONCE THE BLISTER IS TOTALLY EMPTY
